DILA is currently accepting applications for the following positions:




Independent Living Advisors - Full Time/Part Time
Independent Living Advisors provide direct care independent living services and support to individuals. Services range from personal hygiene, medication administration and intensive independent living skills training in individuals' homes, etc. throughout the Eastern Shore. Shifts varies within a team oriented environment. The minimum qualifications are fluency in ASL; High School Diploma, or equivalent required; one year related experience preferred; competency with basic independent living skills; must be flexible and work within a team approach environment. Ability to teach, advise and motivate people. Must be willing to work overnight and weekends. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and good driving record required.
