Funding

To fulfill our mission, DILA relies on a combination of funding sources, including fee-for-service contracts with State agencies, grants from private foundations, generous contributions from individuals and businesses and fundraising events. Ongoing program supports are funded by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and the Maryland Department of Rehabilitation Services (DORS). These funds support our Residential Supports, Supportive Employment, Competitive Employment, and Community Program services. All other programs and services are funded through fee for service or individual contributions.
