Deaf Independent Living Association, Inc. (DILA) offers free information and referral service for those who want to learn more about hearing loss, deafness and related resources. We are often contacted by businesses, schools, police departments, hospitals, government agencies and other organizations that wish to make their programs and services more accessible to the deaf and hearing loss community.

While the majority of our calls come from the nine counties of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, DILA receives many calls from throughout Maryland and neighboring states requesting information on deafness and related resources or available services. Our specialists are more than happy to answer your questions.
