September 19-20, 2019.presented by DILA and the Helen Keller National Center the second bi-annual Deaf-Blind Conference on preparedness across the lifespan for Deaf-Blind individuals being held at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center. In addition to the individuals themselves, we hope service providers, family members, and friends of Deaf-Blind individuals will come and learn more about resources and services available to them. Pre-conference presentation is 3:00pm-6:00pm on Thursday, September 19, 2019 then on Friday, September 20, 2019 the conference begins with breakfast for all attendees at 8:00am then attendees will go to various breakout sessions throughout the day on Preparedness for the Deaf-Blind across their lifespan breaking for lunch which is also provided.
