DILA’s staff and individuals served want to give back to the special needs community by decorating our agency’s vehicles and hand out treats.
Community participation welcomed in our Special Needs Trunk or Treat on Friday, October 25, 2024. Set up begins at 3pm with completion including treats to be distributed to be finished by 4:30pm. Costumed trick or treaters start going through the parking lot at 5pm.
